Sherece officially left the corporate world in 2012. She began her career as a Chef by doing pop-up events and dinners in Kingston, under the name Sippin’ Live. Starting this career proved to be the right decision and she has had various experiences in pursuit of her passion. She has trained in Advance Cake Decorating at The Wilton School. She has studied Gourmet Raw Food at the Living Cuisine Academy in South Florida, and studied alongside Dr. Aris Latham who awarded her certification in Sunfired Cuisine.  She lived in East Africa for four months as a guest Chef, and opened the first fully Vegan Restaurant in Tanzania. She has collaborated on several pop-up events and wellness retreats in Chicago and Oakland, California.

Despite her many travels to hone her craft, she never parts from Jamaica for too long. Sherece has a deep interest in lifelong learning, application of self-healing, and natural health and wellness. She studied Permaculture Design and Organic Farming at the Source Farm Eco - Village in St. Thomas. She recently completed Reiki level one training and has the title Shoden Practitioner.
