Born in May 2015, Sippin’ Live is the brainchild of Chef Sherece Cowan. 

Here, we’re dedicated to sustainability, growth, and positive living both inside and out. Initially, one could only come to have Raw Foods at Sippin’ Live. Gradually, this evolved into what we call “Eco-Cuisine,” raw and gently cooked meals made from sustainably sourced ingredients.

This unique pop-up or workshop experience is known for its food, art and music fusion. We are committed to promoting healthy, natural, and fulfilling lifestyles and experiences through our events. By way of our carefully curated dishes, shared knowledge of organic farming, and through staff empowerment and community building.

Sippin’ Live has stretched its hands and ideas to far reaches like East Africa, and has travelled to North America, touring with Reggae Artist Chronixx to provide his personal meals.

Most recently, our chef was trained by the renowned founder of Sunfired Cuisine or Gourmet Raw Food, Dr. Aris Latham. We await the launch of a line of kitchenware in partnership with Enbois Originals. As well as, the establishment of our first location, Sippin’ Live Garden, that has our own natural food and medicine garden at Breadnut Valley Estate in St. Elizabeth.
